Tayo Ogundare founded Continental Freight and Logistics Ltd, an international freight and logistics company, in 2002. He successfully initiated policies that have taken the company from a fringe player in airfreight business Nigeria to become one of the leading players well admired in the industry. He was the Assistant Secretary of the Lagos State Shippers' Association (LASSA) between 2004 and 2005.
