Chief Folorunsho Oke, an Economist and Chartered Accountant, had more than 40 years experience in economics and accountancy. He is a past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) Nigerian Association of Management Consultants. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

He was for many years the Managing Partner of Cooper & Lybrand (an International firm of chartered accountants and management consultants, now Pricewaterhouse Coopers). During his career at Coopers & Lybrand and later at Exmore Consulting, he has directed major consulting assignments for and provided professional advisory services to major organizations both in the private and public sectors of the Nigerian economy. Presently; he is the Chairman/CEO, Exmore Consulting, Lagos. His membership of the Board of CFLEXGLOBAL is an invaluable addition that brings competence and good corporate practices to company.
